Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Hegazi graduated from Adelphi University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to Tufts University, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2001. While attending Tufts, he was granted the Two-Year Health Professions Scholarship with the United States Air Force and became a Dental Officer/Captain for the U.S. Air Force after graduation, serving at Andrew’s Air Force Base until 2004. During his three years in the Air Force, he attended several rotations and residencies involving oral surgery, implantology, sedation dentistry, and infection control. These experiences provided him with vital training that still sets him apart from other colleagues today!
